Run in Reims: The event not to be missed!

For those who don't know the Run in Reims yet, here is a small guide to discover the event, know the different formula and register.

What is the Run in Reims?
The Run In is first and foremost a concept before being a simple race. During each Run In event, each participant has the opportunity to run on the course of his choice and at the distance of his choice. Different cities organize this event, in October, it is in Reims!
Open to all, the Run in Reims is back on 14 and 15 October 2023 and gives you the opportunity to participate in a real running festival in Reims. Several races are proposed, to meet the desires and abilities of everyone.
If you are interested in the event, we invite you to discover the different plans of the different races, namely the plan of the 10km, the half marathon and the marathon. This will also allow you to make your choice concerning your course.
A unique marathon, on the road to Champagne
Inimitable and unique, the Run in Reims marathon is different because it is perfectly integrated into the heritage of the area to which it is attached. It is through a sublime setting that the course will allow runners to visit the historic center of Reims (UNESCO), the vineyards but also the typical villages of Champagne.
Thus, the runners are invited to make a course allowing them to go to the vineyards, outside the city, on the road of the champagne...
Where does the start take place?
This year, the departure will take place in front of the Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral. The different courses will take place in the same way and under the same layout until the 7th km. Museum of Fine Arts, Place Royale, Basilica of Saint-Rémi, which will allow runners to pass through the streets near many historical monuments. Then, the marathon runners will escape to the heart of the Champagne vineyards.
How to register for the Run in Reims 2023?
You wish to participate in the event, nothing could be easier, you just have to register and choose among the 3 courses according to your capacities and your desires.
Note that this year, the marathon is disappearing to make way for a completely different concept... We'll tell you more right after!
