The next marathons and races in Reims in 2024
The city of Reims regularly hosts races and marathons. It’s an opportunity to (re)discover the natural and cultural heritage of the area while doing sport. Here are three upcoming races and marathons between May and September 2025!
Every spring, the Coronation Race invites runners to challenge themselves across the city!
In 2025, two distances are available: 5 km or 10 km. The start is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. for the 5 km and 10:30 a.m. for the 10 km.
These races will take you through Reims city center, the cathedral square, the Town Hall, and the Saint Symphorien stadium.

Les Bacchantes Reims is an unusual race for a good cause!
Participants (aged 16 and up) are encouraged to proudly sport a mustache (natural or not!) to run the 8 km.
Proceeds from participation will be donated to a charity supporting prostate cancer research.
Those who aren't fans of running can try walking (5 km).

- The 10 km of Remus (road race) which runs through the city and its must-see monuments for athletes of all levels;
- The Course des P’tits Rèmes for young runners aged 7 to 15;
- The 5 km Matmut, a free-paced event.
