A bit of history about the Automobile Museum in Champagne
The Automobile Museum Reims-Champagne was created in 1985 by Philippe Charbonneaux, a pioneer of industrial aesthetics in France, self-taught and also a painter, illustrator, engineer, architect, inventor and collector.
The museum now has 250 vehicles, cars and motorcycles from 1908 to the present day. This important collection makes this museum one of the 5 most important French car museums.
It is now managed by an association of collectors. These enthusiasts of mechanics are owners of about half of the vehicles exposed, thus allowing to change regularly the presentation. Some of the vehicles on display were only made in a few examples.
As a couple, with family or friends, dive into the past and discover the entire collection of this museum!
